‘Those with highly sensitive nervous systems would be more susceptible to inflammation and disease, as we are the canaries in the coal mine of a deeply unwell society’

It’s me! A queer, HSP, partially blind intuitive and I couldn’t agree with this more. Everything affects us more deeply, and can feel so debilitating at times, but we serve such an important role in society, even from afar.

We do. And we need to be proud of our gifts, take them seriously, and utilize them effectively.

“I am a channel” has been my unintentional affirmation that soothes me this month and when I don’t believe in myself, I remember you do because of you saying it is so.

Thank you for this synchronous message - just in time, as usual. I have specifically over the last week been asking to and opening to be an oracle/channel/medium.

Have you read The Orchid and the Dandelion by W. Thomas Boyce? Or looked into any of the research around dopamine-processing gene DRD4? His research suggests gene variations affect how perceptive one's nervous system is and this is part of why a specific percentage of people are more receptive to sensory input than others. It seems as though a highly receptive nervous system can perceive through the five senses and immaterial inution.

Love the Universe - I'm listening to The Emerald's episodes "For the Intuitives" and it's right on theme for this.... We are not fringe. Seers, visionaries, and mystics are an as important and nourishing part of the body of culture as anything else. The Magician trick of western capitalonialist patriarchial paradigms is to decry us as fringe, when ignoring the dead, de-meaning the spiritual, and dismissing the intuitive is what's new and weird! The woo will save us all, we just must be brave, and come together <3 Thank you, Sarah for your words!
